1 Year Happiness Guarantee

  • For us, happiness is mutual. Your satisfaction and happiness in achieving your goals with our products is why we exist. We believe that it's our duty to provide exactly what you are looking for and seeking; this is why we offer one of the most generous return policies in the game. If you are not happy with your purchase - for whatever reason - you may return your product(s) within 1 year of purchase. With this policy, there are several qualifications listed below as to prevent its abusal.



    Return Qualifications


    1. The order date is within the last 365 days.

    2. You may return and receive a refund on 1 opened/used bag or bottle of each product.

    3. You may return and receive a refund for up to a MAXIMUM of 10 different opened/used items.

    4. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable (unless package was lost or stolen).

    5. You are responsible for return label postage fees (unless you received the wrong products).


    • In the case of damaged or broken products: We will replace them at no extra cost to you.
    • If your order is lost in shipping: We reserve the right to ship a new order to you or give you a complete refund (shipping & handling charges will be refunded).
    • If your order is 6 months or older: We'll need to refund you by check or PayPal. We are not responsible for any bank fees that may be associated with cashing this check.


    Refund Options


    OPTION 1: I have an unused/unopened item I would like to return.


    If this date the order is placed is within 1 year and still still sealed in unused condition, please complete the below steps and our team will begin to process your refund.


    Step 1: You are required to mail the product back to this address:

    Step 2: Email support@vitalsourcewellness.com and provide the following information:


    • Name (First & Last)
    • Email associated with Order
    • Order # associated with Order
    • Order Date
    • What product(s) you are returning
    • Reason for Return
    • Return Tracking ID & Carrier (optional)


    We will begin to process your refund once VitalSource Wellness receives your product(s).



    OPTION 2: I have a used/opened item I would like to return.


    We will gladly help you receive a refund on the product(s) that did not work for you. Also consider asking for an exchange as we are happy to assist you in finding the best product(s) for you!


    Please ensure that the items for refund meet the criteria below before continuing.


    1. The order date is less than 1 year ago and has been opened or used.

    2. You have never returned this item before and have not ordered it since this item's order date.

    3. You have not returned more than 10 items in the past.

    OPTION 3: My order was lost in shipping.


    In the case of your order being lost in transit, we will ensure that we either:


    1) Ship a new order to you

    2) Issue a complete refund (shipping & handling included)

    OPTION 4: I received the wrong item and need an exchange.


    We SINCERELY APOLOGIZE that you received the wrong item and we will gladly provide you with a return label as well as a new shipment of the correct item.

    OPTION 5: I received a damaged or broken item.


    Yikes!


    Email us right now at support@vitalsourcewellness.com and attach an image so we can replace that item ASAP!
